My teammate just took a call that went a little something like
this:

Banker: Hello, This is *banker name*. How may I help
you?

Moron: Yes, this is blah blah blah from State Farm. I need
someone from the Line of credit department.

Banker: Okay. How can I
help you?

Moron: Yes, I need someone who can assist me with a line
of credit...

Banker: Yes Ma'am. I can help you with that. What can I
do for you?

Moron: This is just too stupid. I will call back and
talk to someone else!
