Banking HUH?

I post on here all the time goofy,stupid, or annoying things my
customers call me and say. Today, I looked in an account and saw this note
left by a banker:

CUST IS RUDE AND DOESN'T HAVE A MICROWAVE OVEN. I
S NOT OPEN TO NEW IDEAS TO BETTER ASSIST HER. REF USES BBP AND ONLINE
BANKING

....the hell?.....

Exactly. I have no idea. .hence the "...the hell?..."

It's cause a microwave oven is "NEW IDEAS TO BETTER ASSIST HER", at least, it's still new ideas to folks my age. I suppose anyone born, say, 1979 or later would think of it the way little kids see the internet, or the way I saw the color television...

Customer probably said, at some point, "Now listen here, sonny. I don't even own one of them new fangled my-crow-waves, so what do I want with yer stinkin' internets?"

Just a guess.
