Our dear nephew, Steve, got us a six month subscription to Netflix . I signed up on Monday, and the first 3  DVD's arrived Wednesday.  The first movie we saw was Garden State. It was as good as I had heard. The last 20 minutes of the movie, I was screaming in my head, "Go resolve things with your father!!!"

That is sure to mean something.

Then we watched Monsieur Ibrahim.  Jean has been telling me for months to rent it. It was one of the best movies I have ever seen.

These were emotionally stressful movies, so I was tired when they were over. After watching the third DVD last night, Monster, I decided that I needed to reorder the movies and put some comedy fluff as buffers for the rougher movies.

The next two should be here Monday. I have the next 3 as Anchorman, Mean Girls, and Farenheit 9/11.

My heart just broke for the life that lead up the the serial killings  by Aileen Carol Wuornos.  I just am overwhelmed sometimes by the way human beings treat each other.
