Birthday

Yesterday I went to my parent's house and then out to dinner at
Outback. Evil place didn't have salmon, but oh my goodness, their tuna
steak was good. The waiter was odd. They did the birthday thing,(which I
loath but make sure that others suffer through, so I had it coming) and
the waiter saying happy 21st b-day (not cute,  I am not ashamed of my age.
I don't hide it. I will tell anyone my age) my son corrected him and said,
"She is 34!" (I am insanely old to Connor) The waiter said I
only looked 26 or so then began complimenting my hair...like too much.
Complimented the color and the cut...it was just wierd. He was
straight.Awkward. Would not have been surprised if he started
complimenting my elbows.

My birthday gift is an ipod shuffle.

 Yea!!! Has not arrived in the mail yet. Boo.
Connor bought me the Garden State Soundtrack. Very good stuff.

Today is fairly craptacular. Connor was a total
dink this morning after I woke him up with  sweet words, a back rub, and
tickling. His surly pre-teen crap is wearing thin. If he would like to
spend his life till he is 18 in his room, he can keep it
up.

Customers are sucking. I do not want to be here, and I
volunteered to work from 9 am- 9 pm, because I need the money.

Hoppity Birfay. and 34 is SO not old. my sister's 32. anyway, yeah. also...remember what i said. i can kill dumbass customers if asked. all i need is some string, some duct tape, a tube of superglue, and a giant 3 foot dildo. They won't bother you again, i promise.

Could be worse: he could have been like me as a preteen. Why my mom didn't smother me with a pillow to put me out of her misery amazes me. Then again, maybe she was waiting for my sister to do it! lol
