Still hate Bush

ok... What the fuck is with the drug testing of high school kids? Who really thinks this is a good idea? What is the plan to do to the kids that piss hot? Kicked out of school? Juvi? Sent to the tard school? Think of all the kids who smoked doobage on the weekend in highschool. If they were tested and pissed hot on Monday...what hell their home life would be.. if they were kicked out of school. Couldn't get into a good college because of a record. Of all the problems, how can this rate as something that our government needs to fund and oversee?

Bush and the other Republicans are always talking about limiting the control of the central government in our lives, but every time I blink, they are crawling up my uterus or checking out library check out access.

Where are the hydrogen cars he was talking about last year? What about the millions of dollars for AIDS help in Africa? What an ass face.

Two funny memories about Connor

Today I chuckled to myself as I rememberd when my very well mannered, but brilliantly dry sense of humored son told me one morning "Those grits aren't gonna make themselves"
When he was in pre-school, around the age of 3 1/2, my sister went to pick Con up and asked him to go get his lunch box. He told her, "No." She was a bit taken aback because he was not a particuarly disagreable child. She bent down, smiling, gnashed through her teeth, "Sweetie, go get your lunch box or tomorrow you will be eating a tomato sandwich for lunch." He still refused. The next morning she volunteered to make his lunch and although I knew what she was doing I let her.
When she picked him up all of the daycare workers ran to her to tell her that, "I don't think he likes tomatoes very much" Fini said, "I know." Apparently when he opened his lunch he wailed "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I hate tomatoes!!!! He was inconsolable the rest of the day (not to mention famished). We cannot recall being told no ever again.
