Pool is swimmable today. Beautifully so. I got lots of laps in and got to float and tread and smell the yummy flowers and wet dirt around the pool.

I am cooking fava beans. I cannot really cook. I hope I don't poison my family.

In response to news that the most recent photos shown to some members of congress that included: images of corpses, military dogs snarling at cowering prisoners, women commanded to expose their breasts and sex acts, including forced homosexual sex.
Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., said, "There were some pictures where it looked like a prisoner was sodomizing himself" with an object. He said blood was visible in the photograph.

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, R-Texas, said he thought "some people are overreacting."
"The people who are against the war are using this to their political ends," he said.

What the fuck? My sister said maybe that schizophrenic man that tried to kill him really was on a mission from God. Shame he wasn't successful.

Does that mean Texas is hell? Bush is from Texas too..
