Shout outs on Music Choice?

I am eating dinner tonight and we have the cable station set to Musica Urbana and they have shout outs going on the screen..

That is the only channel that would have a shout out that said, "Hey hey hey, this is Emilio in Spanish Harlem. We in the building!!"
