When you call Bank One right now, before you can press any buttons to
get to an operator or check your account there is a message that is
several sentances long that tell people our branches are closed for the
MLK holiday.

What are half of the people that come on the line
today asking me? C'mon...you know....

"Are your branches open
today?"

Yes, but only for you. Go knock on the window until
someone answers. Don't take no for an answer"
