ipod SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

My beautiful little ipod shuffle came today. Such a cute tiny little fellow. I am downloading a song at this very moment, "Lover I don't have to Love" by Bright Eyes, and have added the Grosse Point Blank soundtrack. Damn my dial up. Downloading one song takes forever.  Frenchy , Jean, asked if I knew what ipod stands for?  He said idiots priced  our device.  Oh shush! I love my shuffle, and if I had not recieved on for my birthday, I would have bought one.

I volunteered to work today for overtime and am going to pick up a few 12 hour shifts over the next few weeks. I do not care to be at work for the shifts I am scheduled for, but really enjoy paying my bills on time.

I also need to use some of the gift card the Barron family gave me for my birthday. Barnes and Noble is having a great sale.

I have no idea what I want. I have no room really left on our many bookshelves, but that doesn't stop us. I think I will pick up a David Sedaris book or two.

Oh my goodness. Life is good. Angie Stone playing.  I do so miss the days of mainlining MP3's from Napster.

If nothing else, and there is nothing else, I appreciate Mitch for providing the access to DSL to support my MP3 addiction.
