Time to start using that YMCA membership I pay for every month

I apparently threw my back out lifting my my fat ass cat into the car (at a very stupid angle. I know better). I had to have my sister help me get dressed yesterday and headed to the ER. They were kind enough to give me a shot of Toradol in the tuckus and take some X-rays. It is totally muscular. Nothing wrong with bones or disks.

I was sent home with RX's for Anaprox, Flexoril, and Vicodin. I am feeling much better today. It is a little hard to do my job on this stuff, but I went slowly and was careful to look over everything twice.

I feel so much better. It was amazing that I could sit in a chair and walk without crying or yelling out.  

Unfortunately, goodnightnowgo is also a gimp as she has a torn achilles tendon. Ohhh.... we are getting old.
