Kook sul won is one of the few things Con works really hard at. He gives 100% in every class and it shows. He will have been doing this for a year in February, and he takes the test for his blue belt next Saturday.
*interesting tidbit: in 1991 the World Kuk Sool Association® was relocated to Houston, Texas.
I wish he had done his kick as high as he normally does, but I still dig it. There was another one with a bo staff, but they only gave me this pose.
