Con is a Junior Volunteer
May. 29th, 2008 02:43 pmWe received the email about 10 minutes ago saying that Con would be a junior volunteer at The Children's Museum this Summer. For those of you not in Houston, this place rocks.
I called Con to tell him and he had the nerve to say, "Oh crud!" I reminded him that I had no intention of letting him sit home all Summer and watch TV, and if it wasn't this, he would be going to The Sheltering Arms and reading to and assisting the elderly. To which he replied "Oh. Then SWEET!"
Yeah. Thought so. He is also supposed to volunteer for the pilot program at the Herman Park Conservancy Program.
