Had no motivation to get up this morning and go for a walk.

Lesson learned today: Never go to meditation when hungry. It is very hard to get rid of monkey mind when your stomach is trying to eat itself.

There was a PACKED house at Dawn Mountain today. Very nice.

I had a few spoonfuls of rice and have a carb crash happening now.

How is that even possible that Johnny Depp looks the same as he did in 1987's 21 Jump Street. He walked out on the stage on the 2008 MTV Movie Awards and I screamed out and my sister's knees buckled.
