When the chocolate exhibit came through the Houston Museum of Art, my
sister and son went. She brought home this amazing chocolate that was dark
chocolate with Mexican ancho and chipotle chili peppers, Ceylon cinnamon
and dark chocolate.



There is almost nowhere around to buy it. You can buy it online, but it
cost $6 a bar plus shipping and handling. This is simply the most amazing
candy bar ever. We made a trip to the Gallaria last year because the
website said it was sold at Niman Marcus. We loaded up the car with
friends and kids..no Fire Bars...Bastards!
Fini went to Whole Foods tonight and lo and
behold....Chocolate!! Fire Bar!!!
