I was having a crappy day. I am fairly sure I am PMS-ing, and I am highly emotional. I am not usually extremely emotional from PMS, but it happens from time to time.

Connor,[livejournal.com profile] gerachi , got home early because they got their report cards and had early dismissal. I was certain by the way things were looking that he would have at least one D on his report card , thus also ending the hopes of him getting a PSP for Christmas.

He called me to let me know he was home. I asked about his grades. He sullenly said, "I will talk to you about it when you get home. " I let him know I was already having a crappy day, so he couldn't ruin it and he sounded like he needed to get something off his chest, so go ahead and tell me. He said, "I know what I will be getting for Christmas." So I started crying. He asked, "Are you CRYING?!"
He said his lowest grade was Math (the only subject I have to help him with anymore) and it was a 79. Almost a B. Not quite. I told him I was very proud of him and thanked him for singlehandedly turning my day around for me.

My sister called him because I told her he told me not to tell her his grades.
My mother called him and when she cried (you have to understand how hard the last two years have been to know why we are all weepy about these grades) he said, "Must be going around"

So for Christmas, I will gladly and gratefully handing over $250 for a PSP for Connor. I cannot think of anything else I would rather do with $250 right now.

Connor rocks!

Go Conner! Woo!

Yeah, there's something in the water. I got a call today from my mother's house, so I answered the phone thinking it was my mom. Then I heard my almost 4 year-old neice's voice "Hi Emmy! Can I come over? I want to see Chandler (my dog)." It was so sweet I started crying.

Eehee, that's awesome! I so want one too, but I'm going for a DS/Nintendog for XMas first. >_>. Don't wanna put Chelle out too much this XMas. XD!

You know those PSPs can record shit off of the TV, too, right (in some roundabout way...I'd have to look up the article in one of my magazines)? They can do hella things that iDouche can't.

Congrats Con!

Math is the greatest of all subjects. I had so much math as an undergrad...plus I'm aiming towards a job as a statistican, so I'm proned to mathematics...

I too have a PSP...not sure they have any porn for it yet though, so tell connor I'll owe him one.

We have a similar deal, only instead of the PSP we're upgrading her computer.

you might want him to think real long and hard on that, it's taboo to 'frugal gamers' to buy a peice of hardware like that till it's first birthday chances are they might re-release a better one and it will go down in price
