stupid diet
Nov. 30th, 2005 10:13 amI am not doing it right. I have had an upset stomach for the last 2 days and haven't had much of an appetite. So I have barely eaten. Except there is a specific amount I am supposed to be eating. I am going to end up screwing up my metabolism this way and messing it all up.
On the upside, it is working right now because I am down by another 4 pounds. Total amount lost since November 10th is 24 lbs. So just one day under 3 weeks. Not too shabby.

what "diet" are you on? is it just a change in
proportions, substance, or one of those "fad" things?
i like that you recognize the potential for the metabolic haywire phenomenon, not many people recognize that, and it really has a lot to do with success.

the picture is a little distorted cause i'm sitting down and my pants are bunching up but you get the idea :)
what's really messed up is when i was in highschool i weighed 140-145 and thought i was HUGE and now that's my goal. stupid teenage problems.
