House has passed inspection, and is termite free. I definitely see us closing before the 15th of September. 
Woot. 

Now, to pack and clean.

try not to packrat anything.

after 6 moves within 7 years I reduced my life down to a 8 tupperware tubs.

It becomes an a quest to see what your life can be reduced to when you move alot. or at all.

oh yes. I sincerely plan on throwing out at least 1/2 of my stuff. Don't touch most of it. I must not need it.

You'll find it is really cathartic to throw out stuff when you move. It always makes me feel better. Dan thinks I take it to extremes, but he's a packrat by nature. :)

Then cut the need pile in half.
