you have to go to Q-designer nails on Buffalo Speedway at Westpark. They get written up for being the best and cleanest all the time.
The best part is, I swear, the damn spa pedicure lasts longer than an hour.

Not for me. Too many of the places that bill themselves as "spa" don't follow the actual cleaning protocals for their soaking tubs. There have been a number of staph infections related directly to the foot jet tubs and implements used in pedicures. I'll stay away.

Now a massage.. that's a different story. I'm an LMT and dear god I need a massage.

this place does. Check the link in the comments. They get written up for being so clean. I see them clean the tubs, pull out the screens, too, and clean those, after each use.
