sereneorange[Error: unknown template qotd]I cannot believe this wouldn't be a given for anyone. Of course you pay the deductable (and the cost of a rental car while their car is being fixed).
A few years ago, I was driving my sister's car and while sitting at a stop light, a tool on a cell phone with no insurance hit me. I paid the deductable. I was driving the car at the time, of course I would pay the deductable.
