My coworker, Teveta, emailed another title company in Navasota and requested he resend the title report he sent. The whole document didn't get to her.

He emailed her back and said, "Sure. Will you send me your email address?"

lol. So, she did.

"Sure, Tom, but you just emailed me" and typed out her email address.

He is going to feel like a silly goose.

We get people that open SUPPORT TICKETS at work asking how to OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

which then generates more tickets because you have to reply "YOU JUST DID, WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM ARE YOU HAVING?"

and then the reply that shouldve been the first ticket with their retarded problem
