Tinky update

Tinky, a/k/a Chelsea is home. We made these flyers and had Connor hang 7 of them up at two intersections by us. However, he didn't notice the flyers hanging fairly close to the ones he was hanging all over the same intersection.

We left to go get groceries and some food and medication for Tinky/ Chelsea and saw the lost dog flyers. I snatched it and called the number and we drove a block back home and grabbed Tinky to deliver her home. She was near her home when Fini found her, just across a 4 lane road trying to get back home with no hearing, very little sight and a quickly waning sense of smell.
She has a family of 4 that probably will not be letting her out in the front yard alone anymore. They were very glad to have her back, and Bodhi was able to come out from under the bed. Stupid scaredy cat.
We went shopping then came home and I sat down to take down the craigslist ad and there was a reply from someone who lost a dog like her, a reply from someone trying to help with suggestions to locate the owner, and someone asking if they could adopt her. I deleted the ads. I would hate to keep getting responses from people missing their beloved pets - would break my heart.
