My legs feel like lead. I have been working out for a week straight. Every single day I swim at least once a day. Bunches of laps,working out my legs, stomach, back, arms, sheesh. I am seeing results. My pants are baggier. A few pairs have caused me to walk around the office hitching up the waist every few steps.
I make sure that even when I go out with friends or on a date, that I still go swimming all my laps for at least 30 -40 minutes before I go to bed. I simply have to keep this up. Last year, Fini and I lost about 50 lbs each and then oldest sister died and grandmother died and we had a bit of a depression issue, which I for some reason still thought you could fix with chocolate. I gained almost all of it back.
I am determined to not get sidetracked this time.
