      This was the busiest saturday I have worked in a long time. I
      took 133 calls in 7 1/2 hours. That is more than I usually take on a
      weekday. My average call was 2 min 34 seconds, so there were obviously few
      difficult calls.

      an amusing one:

      Glue sniffer:"um...I
      opened my account yesterday and I was wondering if I could get some cash
      out of the ATM"

      Me: "Do you have an ATM
      card?"

      Glue sniffer: "No."

      Me:*...the hell??
      what are you gonna do? walk up to it and seduce the money out of it,
      sport?* "Then, no sir, you wouldn't be able to withdraw money from an
      ATM without an ATM card"

3 ...urm... >_> ...Arabic? Well, they ARE Israeli Jews, so...that's why I didn't guess German, though...that might make sense too.
