You know what takes the vinigar right out of your attitude? What makes
you take a real hard look at how you are doing your job and the attitude
you carry? Watching your mananger clean out the desk of a coworker that
was fired this morning for something that you are currently written up
for.

Yessirree, bob, that sure does make a difference.

Sometimes the official reason isn't really the reason someone was fired. Your co-worker may have been fired for something else, and the official write-up was just the formality.
