I don't know about the rest of you, but I am not getting my comments emailed to me hardly at all today. If you do not already know about this tool, you can  go to http://www.livejournal.com/tools/recent_comments.bml while you are logged in to livejournal on your browser and see the recent comments.

i haven't had any problems with comments to my own journal being emailed but comments to comments i made in other peoples journals aren't being mailed to me and they aren't listed on that URL you gave.
