This woman (not our customer, but a third party) called in asking for
our ABA number for Baton Rouge, Los Angeles.

I said, " Baton
Rouge, Louisiana?"

She said, "Nooo...I need the aba for
Baton Rouge Los Angeles" saying it nice and slow for dumb
ol' me..

I said, "Baton Rouge is a city in Louisiana.
Louisiana's abbreviation is LA"

She said, "Someone needs
to get me a map. Shows how much I know. " I spent the rest of the
call trying not to giggle
