It was just odd to look past the snow covered ground and see the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

this is what it looks like when the snow melts

Some funky snow covered bush

My dad, running after Con to pelt him with a snow ball

Con makes his first snow angel

palm trees and snow

Con was eating icicles off these palm trees.

More beach houses and snow

Snow man at the beach. Gulf of Mexico in the background

Connor rolled this till he reached a small lake and sunk it.

foot prints in the snow. You cannot see it, but Con stomped out, "You suck" in the snow.

cool looking snow on a beach plant

Cool.. Snow near the ocean is not something you see every day- even once in a while..

Very pretty! I wouldn't mind being at Myrtle Beach when it snows for a vacation. Of course, with the wind blowing off the ocean, it'll be even colder, but I can handle it.

I just hope we don't get another blizzard here anytime soon. We're due one since the blizzard of 1993, and this may be the year. I just hope it's not! lol

there is no way it will do that 2 years in a row. Some parts of South Texas got snow for the first time in 82 years

That is just awesome. Thank you for taking those beautiful pictures, Marilyn. I wish it would snow here in south Florida so I could go to the ocean & take ocean/snow pictures!
