Seriously, what the hell. How is it that people have no idea what is in
their account?

There is a gentleman that has no idea when his last
deposit was, any checks that he has written. He is not entirely sure what
accounts he has with the bank. He is wanting to log into the web site, but
when he tries to go to www.bankone.com, his computer gives him
the message, "You must be online to access this page" He wants
to know when we are going to have this fixed. I had to take a min to
figure out how to answer him without saying
"..DERRR..." at the end of what ever I
said. I kept my smart ass responses to myself and told him, he should
contact his ISP to find out why he cannot get online.

Another guy
called about 10 minutes ago and could't tell me when his last deposit was.
He has an average balance of between $200-$300 and he made a deposit of
$17k on Friday, and somehow, this didn't stand out as a transaction.

A woman called 5 minutes ago and asked what her last transactions
were. There were 5 that I listed off as pending. $40 atm withdraw, $160
atm withdrawl and $120 atm withdrawl and two debit purchases. All of this
was done since Saturday am. She didn't remember any of them. The $120 atm
withdrawl was an hour ago.

freaks . every last one of them.
