Tsunami

I cannot tear myself away. It is horrible and I get teared up almost
each time I see the news or look it up online. Each time there is a climb
in the death toll, my stomach knots up and I am just so overwhelmed with
sympathy and horror.

I find myself sitting at my desk looking at
interactive maps of how this happened. I should stop, but I cannot
seem to yet.

I know how you feel. I'm doing the same thing. I keep doing searches to watch the death toll climb and it just sickens me.
