Fuse inspires shopping spree
Jan. 9th, 2005 02:20 amHave I mentioned that I love Fuse the television channel? I think I have. It is all that MTv used to be. After a night of movie watching, I flipped to Fuse and was turned on to a few bands I had not really heard much (or anything ) of before.
Electricsix piqued my curiosity with multiple Abe Lincolns singing "Gay Bar"
Music to dance to. Videos to stare at with a "huh" look. There was just something about watching an Abe Lincoln pole dance line.
Apparently they do a great cover of Radio Ga Ga. I have not downloaded it yet, but reports on the web say it is great.
I have heard ofdance-punk band Le Tigre before, but I almost never get to hear them. They were on tonight with TKO. They happen to do a killer Cover of Pointer Sisters' I'm so excited with a regge bridge.

While searching the web, found that there is a Le Tigre livejournal community
