Oh my goodness, sometimes little old ladies are just so cute. I was
giving this woman her balance. She is old and tired and her husband is in
a home. I gave her her current balance of $xxx.xx and then said you have
an incoming deposit of $xxxx.xx so your available balance is $xxxx.xx. She
said, "An incoming deposit! How do you know that?" I explained
it is being deposited electronically. She said, " That must be
so exciting for you! How interesting!" 
She has about 6-7 direct deposits a month. Would be more exciting for
her than it is for me, I'll tell ya.

Oh my goodness, if I could just
reach through the phone and give her a noogie. That is so cute.
