What an ass face

I have this moron on the phone today. She cannot read numbers correctly, she cannot hear them correctly when I say them. She is constantly overdrawn and connot figure out why. She went to the branch and has a printout of the screen I am looking at and she still cannot follow along. My 9 year old could have balanced her frigging checkbook. After about 25 minutes, I have moved into being rude, curt, condescending and then I guess because I was so frustrated that I mocked her saying "sanichez" (sandwiches--but she was a geriatric tard-o from Louisiana) and forgot the hit the mute button. I am feeling like a giant ass face about to be fired, but the idiot didn't even get that I was mocking her.Ass face.
