Two weekends ago, my managers house burned to the ground. She is still not back. Her youngest child is a toddler and has horrible asthma and has had nightmares since. They woke up to the house being engulfed by flames. They got out with their lives, but nothing else. We are grateful they are okay though.

The first day, we (her team) raised $450 dollars for her. We will do more when we know more about what  they need. She is a pretty good boss, has her faults, but the best thing about her, is she will fight for you.

Connie is the heinous bitch that was to manage our team while Alisa is out dealing with the fire issues and finding a new home and caring for her family. Connie used to be our Assistant unit manager. She is also the only boss I have ever raised my voice to. That is not something I generally do.

The following Monday, Connie got hit by a car. Connie was not in a car. I struggled for a while about the fact that every time I mentioned it, I giggled.

I am fine with that now though. I would never have wished that on her, would not have hit her had I been driving the car, but do not feel at all for her.

Adding to my amusement is the fact that Connies team hasn't done anything for her. I think they raised about $35 for flowers, but someone stole it. Connie's friend sent out an email about taking up a collection, but I don't think it went very far.

I cannot bring myself to even sign a card for her. I am many things, but fake is not one of them. I have worked with that troll for 4 years and have put up with her ignorance, bitchiness, and overall heinousness, and have managed to be civil. That is about as generous as I can be.

CNN keeps showing that Howard Dean clip where he seemed to completely lose it and screams YAAAAAAA at the end.

Never fails to make me giggle.

I just saw the projected electoral votes of Kerry go ahead of Bush I am swear I stopped breathing and almost cried.

I should go to bed and just wake up and see who won tomorrow. I am not sure I can do this again.

I need someone to enlighten me. This gay marriage thing. Why is it that anyone cares if they get married. I am not looking for an argument. I don't personally know anyone who is against same sex marriage, so I have no way of knowing what the rational is. So if there is anyone out there that can take the time to engage in respectful discourse about this, please respond.

I am watching a thing on Trio about Gay Republicans. It is the most insane thing ever. There is this woman who was crying and in complete wonder how Bush could have supported institutionalized discrimination of Gays when there were Gays that were standing up for him.

How the hell is it that they could have possibly missed that they are not wanted, liked, or accepted by the republican party.

I hope the dumbassess are satisfied with themselves after watching state after state ban same sex marriage.
