Bill HB2568 (See link below to find out more info.) will go to the house
floor on Wednesday (today) for vote. This bill will reduce the retirement
benefits for over 300,000 current school employees and will continue to
adversely affect the future generations of educators in Texas.
Please call your representative tonight (See Link below to find your rep),
(any time of night is fine) and ask him/her to *VOTE** **"NO"* on *Bill **
HB2568*. Be sure to tell the person your name and that your are a
constituent. You will be talking to an aide or maybe a message machine.
Either is fine as long as they hear from you.
Please pass the message to anyone who might be willing to make a call,
tonight.
I know all public school employees would appreciate your support.
