I don't feel good

sereneorangeSo I have been taking antibiotics since Tuesday PM. I missed one dose Thursday AM, but other than that have been a very good girl.
However, I am not getting better. It hurts more. My whole body hurts. I feel like I have a really bad flu, thanksfully without the guttywork problems. I have pretty much gone to bed every night at 9 PM, although, I lay on the couch for 2 hours first.
This bite is ugly as hell. The other one isn't looking too sweet either (that one is one my bum cheek) I would take a pic of the one on my hip to show you, but it is pretty horrific, and noone wants to see that.
Last night I took my temperature and it was almost 102. I was going to go to the dr. this morning, and still may later, but I am feeling much better. The fever broke around 4:30 AM. I have been able to shower and dress and move about and am not exhausted. Maybe it takes a while for the antibiotics to kick in?
I have $$ for co-pay, but not for an ER visit until the 15th. I am hoping everything gets better so I don't have to go back. I am keeping track of my temperature now and watching the bites.
