I thought La Loca had to be out by Tuesday. No. Tuesday is when the Sherrif's department comes and puts the notice on her door. Is still D-day however, because I am sure the written posting of her eviction will send her reeling.

Yesterday, I noticed there was a letter posted in her window. Upon closer inspection, it was posted by her from the inside. It is rife with mental illness (shock) and she refers to my sister as the ringleader. Fini didn't want anything to do with her eviction hearing, but she felt a duty to go and just speak the truth. This was more of the management company and the ghoulie on wheels that is just loving the drama and patheticness of it all. I really am afraid of what she wants to do to my sister.

I called HPD Friday and asked about La Loca calling the Secret Service and stating if she was evicted she would "kill someone". Isn't that a terroristic threat? Why isn't she in jail, or better yet, at the hospital getting a nice fresh dose of voices-be-gone meds that she desperately needs? The officer asked if I wanted him to come by and talk to her. I told him, "Uh.. not unless you are going to take her with you when you leave. . . "

Fini said, "Yeah... how about you bat around the wasps nests with your clubs. No no no.. don't KILL the wasps, just piss them off real good then leave."

I am hating that I cannot let Con out the front door without watching him like a hawk. I am sorry she is so miserable and mentally ill, I really am, but I cannot help but resent her a bit for making us so uneasy and afraid. I just want her gone- no matter how it has to happen.

if she was on her medication, she would be much better. I am pretty sure she was on them when she came here after Katrina. I don't know if she stopped taking them or if the stress from the storm made her worse

I haven't been on LJ much, but sorry to hear you're going through all this drama. I hope you and your family stay safe.

Is there anywhere you, Fini, & Con could stay for the week until she moves out?

Yeah couldn't you all go someplace else for a little while? Then again why should you run from your own home? Then you can act in self defense and the "someone who gets killed" will end up being HER!

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts.

We could go somewhere, but for how long? It isn't as if she couldn't come back here in 2 weeks or so.

I have had offers to use people's guns, but I am not interested. I don't hate her at all. I wish she would get help.

I totally hear you- it's just when it comes to your child- well that's the push that becomes shove.

Good luck- I really do hope that this comes to a peaceful outcome. :/

well that is a tough situation. hopefully once you get her out it will be over. maybe not immediately, but she will no longer have a reason to be there, which means if she is, it's harassment and tresspassing. then you have more legal options. and best case is she just goes somewhere else and becomes their problem, or gets help in terms of being arrested or given meds in an institution or something. meanwhile you unfortunately have to be vigilant and hope that she is like most mentally ill seem to be, scarier vocally then they actually are violent. i mean i run across scary people liek this on the subway once a month if not once a week. just ran into one yesterday and it is scary. fortunately they usually talk more than act, you have to try and stay out of their way and not even speak to them or acknowledge them (as much as possible).

Wow. I'm really pissed. This has to be the fourth entry I've seen today that never made my friends page. I've been looking at people's journals straight at their journal instead and finding all sorts of things.

What's messed up is now I'm finding it on my friends page. But I even looked again yesterday and it wasn't there. I was actually looking for it. I'd think I was just overlooking it if it wasn't happening so often. So far only one other person on my f-list has complained of the same thing happening to them.
