sereneorangeAfter the latest Ann Coulter crap (which I usually just roll my eyes and ignore) I went to her web site to see if she still had any sponsership. Where before she had a lot of banner ads, when I looked there were just ads for conservative book clubs. Except one. There was a banner ad at the top for Carpet One. I followed some links trying to get a contact for the company and was led to a contact for someone that sells their products in Houston.
I sent this email:
To Whom It May Concern:
Are you aware that your ad is appearing on anncoulter.com? She repeatedly spews unbelievably ugly rhetoric, but recently she went completely anti-Semitic. While appearing on Donny Deutsch's CNBC show, "The Big Idea," on Monday night, Ann Coulter suggested that the U.S. would be a better place if there weren't any Jewish people and that they needed to "perfect" themselves into – Christians.

I recieved this response today:

I just wanted you to know that I have done some investigation on this issue. The founders of the Carpet One International Co-op are Howard Brodsky and Alan Greenberg who are Jewish entrepreneurial businessmen. I looked at the site and saw what you were talking about.
I notified Carpet One and several of their customers had also called them. It was an oversight on their part. They subscribe to a web service that sends out ads to selected websites based on demographic information. They have since taken care of it and removed their ad from the Ann Coulter site. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to let us know about this. If you have any questions please contact me

That absolutely made my day. She may be getting money from all the sheep buying those hatefilled books she hawks, but she is continuing to lose sponsership for her site. At least she won't be getting money from these Jewish businessmen. I hope she chokes to death on a freaking bagel with lox.

This was actually the second email I have received today regarding this.
We go through an ad placement service that floats our ads to different websites. We had provided a content list of sites we did not want to be affiliated with. Obviously, they did not listen to our request.
We contacted them this morning and asked them to remove our ad from this and similar sites. Unfortunately, it will take a day or two for it to be removed.
Thank you very much for bringing this to your attention. I hope we have not offended you in any way.
