Ok, in all seriousness, I don't know the answer to this. I hear people talk about what a bitch Hillary Clinton is, or supposed wrongs she has committed, but I will be damned if I know what those things are.

So, without being a douche, could you please tell me why Hillary Clinton is the anti-christ?

She's not the anti-christ, as much as she is someone who is very aggressively seeking power, and is using the Democratic party to achieve her goals.

She's about as much of a Democrat as Bush is a Republican. Meaning, they wave the flag, but when it comes to core values, they are pretty askew from the norm when it comes to their respective parties.

This has been a stereotype of Hillary since...G-d knows when. But there hasn't been any good arguments or smoking gun to show anything but peoples' disdain for a woman going after positions that men have traditionally held.

I could care less about her sex, or any of the other false dichotomy that the press likes to beat us over the head with.

I care about ethics.

This is why I'm against Chris Dodd, he's a corporate schill. This is why I'm against Hillary, her dealings during White Water and and her pandering during her term as senator tell me that she has no principles, for lack of a better word. She's willing to flip her stance on an issue quick as a crawdad's tail, and I don't want that in a candidate. Yes, I understand that we accept that as part of politics, but I find that acceptance to be distasteful.

This is why I like Kusinich, much as I doubt he's going to win the primary. This is why I like Obama, though, he's edging closer to that line.

Would I vote for a female, black, gay, transsexual, atheist, wiccian, liberal, conservative, libertarian, nazi, midget, lesbian, bejeweled, jewish, biker from Mars? Yes. Provided I agreed with their platform, and they had the personal and intellectual integrity to stick with it.

Ok, maybe not the nazi, but you get the idea.

I've got nothing against her myself. I think most people who have a problem with her mostly have a problem with her being a strong, ambitious woman. Yes, apparently that's still an issue for some.

She doesn't take any stance that is so far out there to deserve the sheer venom that she gets, so that tells me it's because she has a vagina. *nod*

Her lack of taking stances is the problem for me. I dislike equivocation. I just don't think she really stands for anything because she's too much of a pragmatist.

so... it IS her stands, or lack thereof that draw antipathy from me.

I like vaginas*. I have one myself.

She's on the board of directors of Wal-Mart. Despite what all of those talk radio hosts and their republicunt mouth-breathing followers would have you believe, she is in no way left wing, liberal or any of the other labels they like to apply to her.

I was supremely annoyed when she went after the Grand Theft Auto game because it had a sex scene patch that could be downloaded. This country's backwards opinion that sex is worse than violence is retarded, and she is obviously onboard with it.

People tout Hilary Clinton as being experienced, but what experience does she bring?

A health care system that never passed, that would have pushed the state of our health care in a very bad place (I get health care thats overrun by bureaucracy at the VA - Americans do not want that), she was a First Lady, she allowed herself to be publicly humiliated in order for political gain, b/c without being Clinton's wife she would have never won the New York Senate seat.

What has she done for the state of New York that has made her so experienced?

Too many people are voting for Hilary because she has a vaj.

And if Hilary were to win, that would mean 2 families have controlled this nation since 1988. Its time for that shit to stop.

Everyone seems to have such a strong opinion of her and there aren't many who are neutral. Personally, I really liked Bill Clinton as President and I look at it like "a vote for Hillary is a vote for Bill." Honestly, at this point, I think I would vote for almost any Democrat they put on the ballot. I am a registered Republican but I haven't voted that way in the last 3 elections and imagine I will likely never vote that way again.

Me too. I may not be happy about it, but I'll do it.

I don't consider myself a democrat. I'm a non-affiliated progressive, fiscally conservatives, socially liberal, but will always vote my conscience over my bank account.

But what I'm reeeeeally curious about is how a registered republican came to that conclusion. Story, please?

Seriously, though, just read the wikipedia article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_positions_of_hillary_clinton) and make up your own mind.

Just for starters: her Iraq policy is nearly indistinguishable from the Bush administration's, as well as her view on Pakistan and its cuddly little wannabe dictator.

It's time for a woman to be President. Just not this woman.

The truth is, it's possible that video games (and media, in general) are in part responsible for the hideous culture of violence. Why? Because there are a ton of retarded parents who leave their children to the babystitter--Microsoft and Sony--and buy continuously buy them the games that are rated "M" even though store employees implore them not to (go read customers_suck to see just how many parents are being fucktards). "How is that the video game company's fault?" you ask...well, why does anyone need a game like Grand Theft Auto to get their jollies off? Are we as adults in the 2000's really that sad as to need a simulator that puts us in the shoes of street thugs for entertainment/mental stimulation? Whatever happened to reading a book, or going outside and enjoying what little we have left of our environment? And the idea of this wasteful form of bad entertainment trickles down to the kids--what's cool for us, ZOMG, the kids HAVE to have! Role models? *LOL* We're sorely lacking in close, personal or familial role models nowadays ("MY ROLE MODEL IS MY DADDY, HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO PLAY GTA AND GUITAR HERO"...wow...). If people cannot see the connection (not necessarily a correlation, but a connection) between technology and the way people behave, then there's something seriously wrong with modern cognitive thinking. And all of that aside, the solutions for these problems are difficult to propose without pissing someone off somewhere, or without sounding like a right-wing fundie Christian Veggie Tales idiot. That said, I do play video games, but I didn't when I was growing up (during the Atari age). There is a big difference between video games now and video games then. I would have to do some more reading to weigh the effect that video games (and other media) has had on our culture.

But yeah. I don't give a crap about what people above are saying. I've done my reading, too.
