14... sigh
Feb. 18th, 2008 09:08 amSunrise, sunset
Swiftly flow the days
Seedlings turn overnight to sunflowers
Blossoming even as we gaze
My little tiny baby boy turned 14 today.

We had two of his friends over for a junk food-movie marathon-video game sleepover.
They stayed in Connor's play/ tv room and we put in a queen sized blow up mattress.

This is Con's oldest friend, Alex.
Do you have any idea what a room filled with pizza, chips, pepsi comsuming teenage boys smells like?
Like a sack of farting puppies. Not good.
Max found a Shrek ear heaband at blockbuster. I wish Con would let me take as many photos as this kid will.
Sure, little boy, keep looking at the horror movies like there is a chance you can make it all the way through one.
Max spilled pepsi all over himself and we found something that would fit him. Connor's Silk pajamas from when he was 9. He seemed to dig them, so we let him have them. Con hasn't been able to fit in them for quite a while
If I can find the little hat with the braid, we will give that to Max, too.
I miss my little baby, but I am awfully fond of my 14 year old as well.
His Nana and Poppy came over yesterday for cake, lunch, and hugs. He gets to go to Borders with his gift cards from Nana and Poppy and Alex and will be loading up on Manga I am sure.
