Fini went for coffee this morning and brought home an old, blind, deaf, stinky shih tzu as well. Seemed too cruel to call her Stinky, so Fini has been calling her Tinky. She washed her and most of the stink is gone. She cut some mats off. She had on a collar, but no tags

I have put up an ad on craigslist and we will put up some flyers. I called Petco to schedule a full spa day for her, but since we don't have any vaccination records, they won't accept her.

She seems content to wander around the backyard in this gorgeous Sunny 71 degree day. We have the back door open and she occasionally wanders in.

Lena is curious but Bodi wants nothing to do with her. That boy is a big scaredy cat.

She is cute, but I am not really wanting to adopt an animal so old and not in fabulous health. I hope we find her owner.

Here is Tinky

She has beautiful coloring :)

If you can't find the owner and decide not to keep her, here's Houston's Shih Tzu rescue.

I am going to call them and Homeless Pet Placement League. We get our cats from there (except Bodhi the dumpster cat)

Oh, she's just so pretty, and lucky that you're such a good person as to let her bunk over for awhile. I'm sure she's just a lost little puppy and her humans are frantic for her.

You good people. I'm so glad I know you. I've been such a bitch lately...lmao

me too. Con just hung 7 flyers at the poles at the intersection. We are going to try to hang one in the grocery store and the nearby vet.

Poor thing just finally ate. I don't think her sniffer works so well.

Poor old girl. I wonder if she just wandered off and got lost.

I hope you'll be able to locate her owner. Have you thought to see if she's chipped? If you take her to PetsMart, they should have a scanner to check that. It is, nonetheless, wonderful of you to take care of her. Good luck!

Awww, Tinky is cute.

Since she was stinky and had some mats, do you think someone just might've dumped the poor thing? ;_____;? I know we're anal about Henry being a clean puppy, we wipe him almost daily and he gets a bath every Saturday night.
