Mom and I were in a car and we were talking about this woman that had broke the law or stolen something and I said,"why do people think they can get away with that? Mom said Probably because of that Balke deal"(Balke was the foreign cousin in the TV show Perfect Strangers) but then I woke up. 

So I woke up thinking.. what? foreigners don't know the laws so won't get in trouble, or whimsical sheep herders are protected? WHAT DID MOM MEAN?!?!
