Nice... Presidency and Senate ( and by the current count, maybe the House?) go blue! When the major news stations called it, I teared up and just stared at the TV. When I could speak, I explained to Connor how recently half his ancestors had to fight to vote, and now there is someone mixed just like him who is our President-Elect.

I really like a balance between the executive and the legislative branch, but I would like it to be with the Libertarians, not the republicans. lol

Maybe he will not be so annoyed when the kids at school call him Obama Jr.

McCain's concession speech was very classy. Just beautiful. I was impressed.

I agree that McCain's concession speech was classy, until the camera focused on Palin. I am so glad that we don't have to look at her face or listen to her talk for 4 years.
