my parents wouldnt drive far enough for me to go to the highschool for the performing and visual arts here in houston. fuckers. but I studied music where I lived and had private teachers. I wanted to be an opera singer

awesome!! If I didn't have to worry about money I would have kept singing... but yeah to go to school I used to take a school bus and then the metrorail.. I was picked up at 5AM and got home at 6PM everyday and that's not counting concerts or weekend rehearsals... it was really tough! But I loved it!
