Word of the day
Jan. 25th, 2005 12:07 pm1
: marked by brevity of expression or statement : free from
all elaboration and superfluous detail
2 : cut short
: BRIEF
- con·cise·ly adverb
- con·cise·ness noun
Everyone calling in today needs
a lesson in being concise. People are just rambling on and on. I ask for
their name and I get their name, thier address, their account number, the
other people on the account. It has not been unusual to have all this info
given from one person after just that one question. Then they spend the
rest of the call in a hurry and speaking over me. Perhaps if they shut the
heck up and let me speak, we could get this all over with a lot more
quickly.
Still hating people today.
