House has passed inspection, and is termite free. I definitely see us closing before the 15th of September. 
Woot.

Karen and I always wanted a house with a name. Since we will not be owning a castle we have to name the house that we buy. We have decided on Casa Mantequilla.

I informed him we will not be living in Piss House and he better remember where the bathroom is.
