sereneorangeI have a copy of a Deed in Spanish (and translated into English) signed July 6, 1824 executed by the Empresario Stephen (Estevan) F. Austin to William Parker for a league of land in In the town of San Felipe de Austin. This was 21 years before Texas was admitted as a State into the US by treaty.
