They sent out a survey yesterday where we were to put our name, team number, if we had a hardship or qualms about going to  the new call center way the hell out in BFE (where most of us do not want to go), and if we will have childcare or transportation issues, if these issues will be resolved, and if we will quit because of them.

Clever.

I marked hell no on them. That is a lie, yes I have transportation isses, it is on the other side of the world, I have to take at least 2 busses, it will take forever to get there and I get to walk a half mile from the bus to the building. Yes, I am desperately looking for work, as I do not want to do this in the rain and Texas summer. But I will be damned if I am getting on the list of people to be fired of laid off before I find another job.

A call comes on my line and it was just wrong!

If someone has the
line on hold, I will hear hold music and usually wait a little bit to see
if they come right back on.

I hear this when my line picks up a
call:

"If you are struggling with a wieght problem *insert co.
name here* can help. We have programs for helping you deal with
obesity"

I started laughing and hung up. Umm.....screw you! I
don't need that at work.

*"If you are a fat bastard, please
wait for the next rep so we can help you relieve yourself of your giant
ass"*
